1 General Provisions

• na77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point following registration.
• Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without prior notice and any balance forfeited.

3 Age Verification — 21+ Only

na77 is strictly an adult gaming platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on na77. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.

By registering an account on na77, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. na77 may require you to submit government-issued identity documentation — such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to verify your age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe requested by na77 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on na77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the na77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, trade names, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of na77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

na77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any na77 content or software.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on na77 under licence.
